I'm a mental health expert committed to helping youth and their families learn how to build stronger relationships by managing their emotions. My work focuses on targeting ineffective behavior, habits, and beliefs around emotions. I believe in taking a collaborative approach in helping clients reach their goals. I'm passionate about creating resources for at risk youth struggling with self-identification and finding a sense of purpose. I am interested in participating in workshops, speaking engagements, webinars and podcasts.
